Beginner’s Healing

Not everyone is in a position to jump right into The Cleanse and that’s okay. Are you familiar with the principle of Compassion? This principle is essential to any cleanse and is still extremely helpful if you are not yet at that point. You must have compassion for self above all else. Embarking on a spiritual journey is a big step. Everything happens in divine timing therefore, things are not going to go as expected in any shape or fashion.

Rule #1 is to always have compassion for self. The beginner’s tools I’d like to share with you are Mantras and Chanting. The use of mantras and chants date back to 500 BC. Incorporating mantras into your practice can help to make it sacred and take it out of the realm of the physical and into a higher state of awareness. In shorter words, mantras and chants heal you from the inside out.

Another helpful principle I’d like to share with you is gratitude. Gratitude is defined as the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness. But I like to think of Gratitude as the awareness that, as things come to you, they are exactly what you need – be it people, circumstance, or challenges. When you begin to look at life with a sense of gratitude, you tap into a part of the universe that was once unattainable.
